I’m back!
Yeah, I was gone the last two weeks on a homeschooling road trip with my wife, four kids, and teenage nephew (we’ll consider it research for the kids’ shows I’m working on). I did schedule Substack posts while I was gone — sort of “reruns” in a way — so maybe you didn’t notice.
Anyway, now that I’m back, I think later this week I’ll have a new Q&A with paid subscribers since we have a lot more subscribers than last time I did that. You can ask me anything! And I might answer anything, though I have some NDAs to worry about.
Superego 4
I hope you’ve all read Superego: Betrayal. People seemed to think it had a lot of twists in the end. Well, the next one will be the last in the story arc — everything will be wrapped up and there will be no cliffhanger at the end. And I’m happy to announce that just this morning, I wrote the first few sentences of Superego 4 (tentatively titled Superego: Echoes). So it’s officially underway. I’m going to aim to have it out next year, but we’ll see. I’m a lot busier on the writing front than I used to be.
Superego: Betrayal Audiobook
Joel Richards, who narrated the first two Superegos, will be returning to narrate the third audiobook. It should come out in early June. This one will be a bit different, though — you’ll just have to wait and see. I’m really excited about it.
DW Kids
I can’t really say anything about the kids’ shows I’m working on that hasn’t been publicly announced, but we hope to have a little something to show you in June. And I’m working on other stuff with Ethan Nicolle and Eric Branscum that you might get to see sooner than that.
Podcast Update
Substack has special tools for doing podcasts, but I still have no plans to do a podcast.
Well, that’s all the updates for now. I think I’ll probably have the Q&A for paid subscribers Wednesday.
Anyway, here’s a picture from our homeschooling road trip. It was very successful trip with only one emergency room visit and we got to see a SpaceX rocket get launched while at Kennedy Space Center.
Winchester!!
"It was very successful trip with only one emergency room visit" Well, I think I have my question for Wednesday!
