There’s getting to be too many anti-war types on the right — like the right is being overtaken by a bunch of hippies.
“Oh, we can’t do that; that will get us into a war!”
“Oh no! We can’t bomb other countries — that’s aggressive.”
“Let’s just stick to worrying about America and hope other countries don’t attack us.”
It’s terrible. If other countries hear this attitude, they’re going to go, “Let’s start pushing around those Americans — they’ll do anything to avoid war.”
Being vocally anti-war is pretty much the surest way to end up in a war. Usually, what you want to be really pro-war — make it seem like you’re hankering for any excuse to fight another country.
“Yeah! War! I’m bored! Let’s fight a country!” Americans need to be shouting. “Our bombs are near they’re ‘best use by date’ — so we need to use them!”
If we’re like that, other countries will tiptoe around us, being extra careful to not anger us.
So, we’ll have peace, right?
