Speaking of faith and AMAZING VICTORIES: look at the public apology and new policies of #TractorSupply this year after they lost $2 billion last year: even public reversal of “climate change” and “DEI” hiring ! Took TIME, faith and folks taking their wallets ELSEWHERE:
Tractor supply will:
(1). “No longer submit data to the Human Rights Campaign”
(2) “Refocus our Team Member Engagement Groups on mentoring, networking and supporting the business”
(3) “Further focus on rural America priorities including ag education, animal welfare, veteran causes and being a good neighbor and stop sponsoring nonbusiness activities like pride festivals and voting campaigns” [WOW !]
(3). Eliminate DEI roles and retire our current DEI goals while still ensuring a respectful environment [and]
(4) “Withdraw our carbon emission goals and focus on our land and water conservation efforts.”
Sadly these headlines perfectly reflect the attitude of the media these days. Great job Frank!
